Gina leads Te Kaihau's co-design work.  She has extensive experience in building links between the public sector and stakeholders to address complex issues. 

Her work as the CEO and President of the National Association of Cannabis Businesses in the United States enabled the industry to develop with high safety standards, better education for doctors, patients and suppliers, improved legislation, social equity for the disadvantaged, and collaboration across stakeholders in the industry.

Gina has spent a decade as a university academic teaching health courses at the City University of New York.  Her experiential learning techniques have an impact on learning, inclusion, and personal growth.  She has also been the Director of Athletics for the university, responsible for 13 inter-collegiate sports.

Gina manages a New York-based wealth management fund.  Her finance and business skills bring rigour to our innovation clients who are making new ideas happen.
